Shipping & Return

Estimated shipping times

North America: 1-5 business days.

Europe: 1-4 weeks.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-4 weeks.

Asia Pacific: 1-4 weeks.

Production time

This is the approximate business days before your order ships:

  • 7-10 business days for standard order.
  • 2-3 business days for RUSH order (additional fee applied).
  • Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase, production time will be counted when all changes/updates are finalized and confirmed.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund & Exchange

All sales are final.

  • In case you order wrong size, you will need to reorder. All items can't be resized.
  • Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error.
  • All Code Blue jewelry comes with 60-day warranty. If the products are defective within warranty period, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will send your replacement in 10-15 days.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted WITHIN 12 HOURS of purchase.
  • Code Blue will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • 10% for handling fee will be charged for all cancellation.

Lost & Damaged Packages

  • Once the USPS tracking shows the package is ***DELIVERED***, Code Blue is not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages. Please contact your local USPS office to resolve the issue.
  • For undelivered packages, if transit time exceeds 21 days, the packages can be considered as lost. Please contact us or we will contact you for remaking/reshipping your order. Refunds are not available.

International Delivery

  • For international delivery, transit times can vary GREATLY. Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days depends on the destination.
  • When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. We do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials.
  • International customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
  • Package will be considered lost only if it's still not delivered 3 MONTHS from shipping date.
