Product Description
We know that many of our customers are immunocompromised, who are especially at risk during this Covid-19 crisis. We will provide FREE cotton face mask for all Code Blue Jewelry previous, current and future customers. Made with a tightly woven cotton fabric on both sides, these masks are durable and light weight.
Since April 2020, we have donated over 20,000 cloth face masks to medical community, non-profit organization, first responders and emergency service members on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you are a healthcare team member at a hospital, nursing home, care facility, or a nonprofit organization working with immunocompromised patients and their families, please use this link to request masks.

International Shipping and Customs Policy
We are able to ship worldwide (except India, Russia and Philippines), but please review your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing, as we are not liable for any fees or taxes your package may be subject to upon crossing the border.
Though most packages go through customs without any additional charges, some countries will charge duty for international packages. Because of the range of duty fees across different countries, we are unable to accurately reflect them in our prices; checking the fees of the specific destination country will help you avoid any surprises.
Note: Though not common, packages held up at customs can be delayed for up to 45 days. Please understand and account for the possibility of delays when shipping internationally.
Return Policy
We genuinely want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your pieces, please let our support team know so we can help you.

WARRANTY:
All Code Blue products come with the 6-month warranty.
We offer lifetime warranty for all 14K Solid Gold items.
If you’ve noticed an issue in your jewelry’s quality including excessive tarnishing or discoloration, broken clasp, item has lost its shape, etc. we are happy to rework your piece for free within the first 6 months.
We will provide you with a return label if you contact us about this issue within the first 6 months of your order.
RETURN:
Because a majority of Code Blue Jewelry pieces are hand-made -- specifically for you -- we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
We are happy to offer courtesy return and/or exchange for non-custom, unworn pieces within 07 days of delivery.
If you'd like to start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

*At this time, our system only allows us to create return labels for US shipping addresses. We cannot provide international return labels at this time.
Once we receive your return, it can take up to a week to process your return and refund.
REWORKS/ REPAIRS:
We’re happy to repair or rework your piece at any time. If your piece is in need of a rework after the 6 month warranty, we’ll fix it for you at no additional charge, we just ask that you cover the 2 way shipping fee.
