We genuinely want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. If for any reason, you’re not happy with your pieces, please let our support team know so we can help you.

All Code Blue products come with the 6-month warranty.

We offer lifetime warranty for all 14K Solid Gold items. 

If you’ve noticed an issue in your jewelry’s quality including excessive tarnishing or discoloration, broken clasp, item has lost its shape, etc. we are happy to rework your piece for free within the first 6 months.

We will provide you with a return label if you contact us about this issue within the first 6 months of your order.


Because a majority of Code Blue Jewelry pieces are hand-made -- specifically for you -- we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

We are happy to offer courtesy return and/or exchange for non-custom, unworn pieces within 07 days of delivery.

If you'd like to start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Pack your piece in the original packaging and put the box in a small padded mailer. 
2. Include a note in the package that lists:
  • Your order number
  • The name associated with the order
3. Initiate a return label via our RETURN PORTAL

*At this time, our system only allows us to create return labels for US shipping addresses. We cannot provide international return labels at this time.

Once we receive your return, it can take up to a week to process your return and refund.



We’re happy to repair or rework your piece at any time. If your piece is in need of a rework after the 6 month warranty, we’ll fix it for you at no additional charge, we just ask that you cover the 2 way shipping fee.

If you'd like to start a repair/ rework process, please follow these steps:

1. Use this LINK to pay for the 2-way shipping fee 
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label via email once we receive your payment.
2. Include a note in the package that lists:
  • Your order number
  • The name associated with the order
3. Pack your piece in the original packaging (If possible) and put the box in a small padded mailer. Use the pre-paid USPS shipping label to send it back to our studio.

Once we receive your rework, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to process

We totally understand that every situation is different. These are our general policies, but we handle everything on a case-by-case basis. If your issue is not addressed here, no worries!
