  • Necklace length: 16–18in or 18–20in
  • Adjustable in one-inch increments — a 16–18in chain can be worn at 16, 17 or 18 inches.

  • Font: My Own Handwriting — upload a clear, close-up photo or scan of the handwriting, signature or note (up to 10 photos). Or pick Block or Script.
  • Tell us what goes on the front and back in the Personalization box.
  • Inside left and right: a photo or text (up to 3 words) on each side, not both. Photos are free: tick the box in the Personalize panel, upload one photo per side, then drag and zoom to frame it. Photos are sealed with epoxy resin.

  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
  • Before storing, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and residue.
  • Store in a dry place when not in use; keep pieces separate to prevent scratching.

The locket is beautiful and worthy of my baby. His photo and paw came out great. The locket is very difficult to open by design, but it still looks nice if you keep it slightly open while wearing. The item did arrive later than expected despite purchasing upgraded shipping. Customer service was great and super responsive.
