This is such a beautiful memorial to my sweet girl who I recently lost. All I had was a close-up photo of her nose, but they were able to work with what I sent and extract a portion of her sweet little nose print.
The oval itself was smaller than I thought it would be from the photos, but that’s on me for not reading the size description more carefully - there was nothing false in the description.

There was plenty of communication between the seller and myself. They had questions to ensure the best possible product
