Use this listing if we've discussed a repair or rework of your piece. If we have not yet discussed your rework, please reach out to us wecare@codebluejewelry.com for help.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Please select the total value we discussed from the "repair, rework" drop-down.
2. Then in the comments box when you add to cart, please include a note on what you'd like us to do once we receive your item (ie: new lengths you'd like, etc)
PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be produced.
SHIPPING: All free shipping will be shipped via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. Customers can select expedited shipping option such as FEDEX 1 DAY, FEDEX 2 DAY at check out.
RETURN: All engraved items are final sale—once you place an order for an engraved item, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
WARRANTY: Code Blue Jewelry offers 6-month warranty on our jewelry, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
The warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing), improper care, or third-party modifications.
REPAIR: Repairs are free within 30 days of purchase; after 30 days, customers pay for shipping.
